Welcome to the MLP-Cup 2012

We are looking forward to present you the ninth edition of the MLP-Cup, an enthralling week for audience and players.
This international tennis championships of the Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar – is taking place from January 29th until February 5th, 2012.

Some of the nowadays top players have already taken part in the MLP-Cup and have given a proof of their skills. These are players such as the Frenchman Gael Monfils, Mario Ancic or the German players Philipp Petzschner and Daniel Brands who made a big career jump thanks to our tournament.

The 19 year old Runner-Up of the MLP-Cup 2011, Jan Lennard Struff, continued his way to the Top 100 and made a leap near to the two hundred world’s best players due to his second place here in Nußloch, Germany.

The international double team Max Raditschnigg (AUT) and Hans Podlipnik-Castillo won the double competition and gained important points for the world’s double ranking.

This mixture of international experienced players and promising young talents will showcase the MLP-Cup 2012. The participation of the former number 130 ATP and fourth time challenger champion Dieter Kindlmann and top seeded Jesse Huta-Galung, number 233 ATP and Davis Cup player for the Netherlands promise a top-class starting field for the year 2012.

The high level of sports competition combined to the familiar ambience and professional organisation creates this tournament to a fain first settlement of the international tournament circuit.
